Educational Objectives and Teaching Features

 

The importance of this department is understood by the fact
that over the years the hospitality industry has experienced
vast growth and is now ranked as the world¡¦s largest revenue
industry. This department is focused on training students to
hold managerial positions in this industry. Aside from a
well-designed curriculum of theoretical and practical courses,
this department has cooperated with related industries to allow
internships for students to gain actual experience.

Up to 2018, there are 23 faculty members at this department including 1 full professor, 1 associate professor, 1 professional professor, 1 professional associate professor, 13 assistant professors, 2 professional assistant professors, 2 lecturers and 1 professional lecturer. 16 of these members are holding doctoral degrees with experienced and knowledgeable experiences.
